Our guesthouse is nestled in the heart of the Őrség region, in the peaceful village of Bajánsenye. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, right next to the famous Blue Trail hiking route. The building was once a border guard residence and has now been beautifully transformed.

BeLu Mini Apartment

Perfect for one or two guests, our Mini Apartment is compact but thoughtfully designed to be both practical and comfortable. As you enter, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with two separate beds, and a private bathroom with everything you need. Recommended for solo travelers or friends looking to unwind in nature.
BeLu Harmony Apartment

Our medium-sized apartment offers a warm and welcoming space for two to four guests. It features a smart layout that makes excellent use of every corner. The apartment includes a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining and living area, and a modern bathroom. An excellent option for those seeking to reconnect with nature and recharge.

What time is check-in?
Apartments are available from 3:00 PM.
How do I check in?
Typically, there is no in-person check-in. Guests receive the key via a secure key box with code access — giving you full flexibility. Personal check-in is available upon request and by prior arrangement.
What time is check-out?
Please check out by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Early check-in or late check-out is possible, subject to availability, for an extra fee of 1000 HUF per person per hour. Please contact us in advance by email or phone.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment by bank transfer or SZÉP card is available.
Is the tourist tax (IFA) included in the price?
No, the local tax is 300 HUF/person/night (for guests over 18) and must be paid in cash on-site.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
Is parking available?
Yes! Each apartment has a designated outdoor parking space which is monitored by a camera system for added safety.

Mini Apartment
1 person: 20,000 HUF/night
2 people: 28,000 HUF/night
Harmony Apartment
1–2 people: 32,000 HUF/night
3–4 people: 45,000 HUF/night
Mini + Harmony Apartment (up to 6 guests): 60,000 HUF/night
Prices include VAT and are listed in Hungarian Forints.
Tourist tax: 300 HUF/person/night (over 18), payable in cash at check-in.
1-night stays are possible with a 25% surcharge – please inquire by phone or email.
Custom quotes are available for stays of more than 5 nights – please email us for details.
How to book
Booking is quick and easy — via email, phone, or our online booking calendar. We’ll confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
To finalize your booking, please transfer 50% of the total amount or pay via SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MHB) within 2 days using the bank details provided in the confirmation email. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
- 0–3 days before arrival: no refund
- 4–14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- 15+ days before arrival: free cancellation
